President of Better Living Properties
A Brooklyn native, Ariel Soudry has worked in the New York City real estate industry for a quarter of a century, playing critical roles in areas that include property development, building management, and real estate rental. A graduate of Pace University with a bachelor of arts in business, Ariel Soudry’s experience includes areas that range from budget analysis and human resource procedures to real estate law and practices.
Ariel Soudry has served as president of Better Living Properties in Lower Manhattan since 1996. Although it operates throughout New York City, this organization primarily concentrates on managing its own properties on the Lower East Side as well as the East Village and various neighborhoods in Brooklyn. To inform his various professional endeavors, Mr. Soudry holds active membership in organizations such as the New York Building Managers Association, the New York Association of Realty Managers, and the Building Owners & Managers Association of Greater New York.
In his free time, he stays active by playing basketball and tennis and exercising. Mr. Soudry also enjoys traveling and reading.
